School Software Portals

The portals of the school management system have been designed around the principle of Human Computer Interaction (HCI). In following the guidelines of HCI we have used methodologies and processes for designing interfaces that are optimised for ease of use. We believe that in developing a system with Portals that are designed around the user and the user experience we have created an environment for users that allows a balance between the needs of the user as an individual but also how the system works without making the interface complicated. The user experience ultimately has to allow work to be undertaken while not inflicting stress or causing illness.

The Portals within the school management system have been specifically designed to allow users to have access to information applicable to their needs by linking them to the relevant modules within the school management system to which they have authorised access.

Portals are password protected with the latest encryption software that allows for the highest security to ensure that private information contained within the school management system is only viewed by authorised users of the school software.

Seamless integration allows users to access information and undertake tasks with ease allowing them to concentrate on more important issues of school life.

Each portal has a dash board that has been meticulously built for ease of use. When users log in to their portal within the school management system the dashboard shows important relevant information to the user. These have been organised logically to provide users with a user friendly experience.
